Minecraft Breaking News!

Okay, so Notch announced yesterday that the 1.7 update will be broken up into two updates since they really want to push pistons out (pun intended) and have a lot of work to do on the adventure update. This means the adventure update will be in 1.8 rather than 1.7. But he released some cool new information about the adventure update and will be releasing more as time goes on. The most exciting information to me is the future addition of NPC villages. Once the adventure update drops Notch says it's going to change the way minecraft is played, adding reward to what you do normally in game.
